Pegasus CEO Öztürk: Esas Holding Will Remain the Major Shareholder

Foreks - Güliz Öztürk, CEO of Pegasus (IS:PGSUS), answered questions from Güzem Yılmaz Ertem during a CNBC-e broadcast.
The main shareholder of Pegasus, Esas Holding, sold a stake representing 3.85% of the company to international institutional investors at a 7% discount compared to yesterday's closing price.
Commenting on the share sale, Öztürk stated: "Esas Holding's stake in Pegasus decreased from 56.7% to 52.8%. Esas Holding will continue to be the largest shareholder as the main investor.
The share sale was successful according to market conditions. Pegasus shares have performed well this year in terms of earnings per share. As of yesterday, the dollar-based earnings ratio is around 50%."
